Ingredients

1/2 C flour

1 Tbsp Crisco

1 tsp butter

1 2/3 Tbsp cold water

1 tsp egg white beaten into the water

1/8 tsp salt

Preparation

Triple sift flour. Beat egg into water. Mix all ingredients together. Do not overmix/overhandle or crust will be tough. Cook at 325º for 6 minutes then cook with pie.
