Ingredients

1 8 oz cream cheese

3 sticks margarine

3 cups sugar

3 cups all-purpose flour

pinch salt

6 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

Have cream cheese and margarine at room temperature. Cream together. Add sugar graduly, beating well. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Sift and gradually add flour slowly. Add salt and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Bake in a tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remember-beat this cake to death!! It cannot hurt it :}
