Dried Blueberries
Pistachios
Cherry Tomatoes
Raspberry Vinegar (low sugar)
Low Carb Vanilla Yogurt
Preparation
Dressing- mix equal amounts Raspberry Vingear (low carb) & Low Carb Vanilla Yogurt
Salad- On plate, place good amount of mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with dried blueberries & pistachios. Top with Raspberry Dressing.
