Ingredients

2 1/3 C. flour, divided

2 C. old-fashioned Oats

1 C. brown sugar

1 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

1 C. butter, softened

1 (10 oz.) pkg. Nestle Semi-sweet chocolate covered raisins

1 1/2C. walnuts, chopped

1 (12 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping

Preparation

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add softened butter and stir until all ingredients are moistened. Reserve 1 C. crumb mixture: press remaining mixture into bottom of ungreased 13 x 9" baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 15 min. or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with chocolate-covered raisins and nuts. Combine caramel topping and remaining 1/3 C. flour in small bowl; drizzle over base. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. until lightly browned. Cool completely in pan on wire rack
