Ingredients
Stir sugar, gelatin and salt together. in top of double boiler.
Add sour cream and egg yolks. Set over boiling water and cook,stirring until mixture thickens slightly ( 10 min).
Remove from heat,cool,stir in nectarines,lemon juice, almond extract.
Turn into pan and place in freezer.
Freeze until firm.Let stand in fridge for 5 to 10 minutes to soften lightly
