Ingredients

1 cup peach juice

3-3/4 cups chopped nectarines (or peaches)

1 cup milk

1 cup plain yogurt

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

2 tablespoons wheat germ (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, combine peach juice with 3/4th cup of nectarines. Set aside.
  2. Combine 1 cup of nectarines w/milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract in food processor/blender; process until smooth.
  3. Stir in remaining 2 cups nectarines & wheat germs.
  4. Partially fill pop molds w/peach juice mixture & freeze for 2 hours. Fill the pop mold w/milk mixture. Insert sticks, freeze for 6 hours.
  5. Remove from freezer, let stand for 5 minutes before removing mold.
