Ingredients

1 cup rice milk 

1 to 2 tablespoons agave nectar 

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

Pinch of salt 

Ice, for serving 

1 cup hulled and halved strawberries 

1/4 cup coarsely chopped semisweet chocolate 

Preparation

For classic horchata, blend rice milk, agave nectar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until smooth; serve over ice.

For a strawberry version: add strawberries to blender with other ingredients.

For a chocolate version: melt the chocolate and stir into agave before adding to blender.
