Ingredients
2 large russet potatoes, washed, halved lengthwise, and cut in ¼ inch slices
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
2 tablespoons of olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon paprika
Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Toss potatoes in large bowl with all remaining ingredients.
- Arrange potatoes in one layer across the bottom of a foil lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for about 35 minutes until potatoes are slightly browned and tender.
