Ingredients

2 large russet potatoes, washed, halved lengthwise, and cut in ¼ inch slices

2 teaspoons dried rosemary

2 tablespoons of olive oil

½ teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon paprika

Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Toss potatoes in large bowl with all remaining ingredients.
  3. Arrange potatoes in one layer across the bottom of a foil lined rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 35 minutes until potatoes are slightly browned and tender.
