Ingredients
4 red capsicums, roasted, skinned and seeded
60ml cold pressed olive oil
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tablespoon Natvia - 100% natural sweetener (I love it!)
Cracked black pepper and salt, to taste
Vegetable crudites, for serving
Preparation
Process all ingredients (but only the oil) in a food processor until it comes together. Adding the rest of oil, if required. Serve with vegetable crudites.
