Ingredients
50g pea protein (original unflavoured)
4 teaspoons dried dill tips
1/4~1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds, NOT ground
4 teaspoons Natvia - natural sweetener available at Coles and Woolworths
280ml water or milk
Preparation
Dissolve Natvia in water/milk. Combine pea protein and herbs then. If possible, leave to stand for 2 hours whilst dill flavour develops. Serve with carrot sticks, toasted Labanese bread pieces or unsalted plain water crackers.
