Ingredients

Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Skill Level (1-10): 1

Ingredients (12 Tacos):

One pound of ground beef or thinly sliced chicken breast, whichever you prefer

Old El Paso Taco Kit

Tostitos Queso

Tostitos Salsa

Cracked Pepper Flakes

One can of Natural Light

Preparation

Heat up a frying pan and grease it up with some PAM

Toss your sliced up chicken breast or ground beef into the pan and cook until it looks about 3/4 of the way ready

Pour a can of Natty Light into the pan and cover it. Allow the meat to sauté in the pan on medium heat while covered for about 5 minutes

Drain the meat into a pasta strainer and drop back into another frying pan on low heat

Sprinkle the taco seasoning from the taco kit into the meat, pour 4 spoonfuls of Queso and Salsa into the meat and sprinkle some cracked pepper flakes on there as well

Stir around until you make a gooey mess

Spoon out into toasted hard taco shells, add whatever other condiments you’d like - typically guacamole and shredded lettuce add some good flavor, but they aren’t necessary

Serve with beer and some chips and salsa…enjoy
