oz. (about 7 inches) plain or herb-flavored Italian bread, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

medium tomato, chopped

cup red or yellow cherry tomatoes, halved

cup sliced celery

tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1/4

cup purchased Caesar salad dressing

Preparation

Grill or toast bread slices until lightly browned. Cut into 1/2-inch squares (about 5 cups).

In medium bowl, combine bread and all remaining ingredients; mix gently. If desired, serve with additional grated cheese.
