Ingredients

20 medium- large nappa cabbage leaves

1 medium red bell pepper

2 medium carrots

1/2 daikon

20 sprigs cilantro

40 leaves mint

3/4 cup sweet chili sauce

juice of 3 limes (1/3 cup)

Preparation

Julienne pepper, carrot, daikon. Boil water. Blanch napa cabbage until pliable (1-2 minutes); remove and pat dry. Top stem end with a few pieces of veggies, 1 sprig cilantro & 2 leaves mint. Roll up. Whisk sauce and lime for dipping.
