Ingredients
1 Medium Head Napa Cabbage
1 Bunch Green Onions
1/2 C Salad Oil
1/2 C Sugar
1/4 C Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
1 T Soy Sauce
1 Small Pkg Slivered Almonds
1/2 C Sesame Seeds
2 Pkgs Ramen Noodles-crunched
Preparation
Finely slice the cabbage and green onions (with the tops) and mix together. Slowly heat the oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce until sugar dissolves. Cool. Lightly toast the slivered almonds and sesame seeds in a pan. Lightly toast the ramen noodles (no spice pack) in 2T butter. Mix together 20 minutes prior to serving.
