Ingredients
3 cups cooked diced chicken
1 onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup bell pepper, diced (any color)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 TBSP. butter
2 sm. cans tomato paste
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 TBSP. white vinegar
2 TBSP. Worcestershire
Hot sauce, to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 lb. spaghetti, prepared in salted water
Preparation
Saute ingredients # 2-#6 in butter for 10 minutes. Add chicken, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, vinegar, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Add water if it seems too thick. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
