Ingredients

3 Cups Sugar

¼ tsp allspice

1 tsp ginger

4 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp salt

3 Tbl flour

4 eggs slightly beaten

1 Qt can pumpkin (not pie mix)

1 Qt. milk

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients and put in large mixer bowl. Add eggs then milk and pumpkin last

Place in pie shell (unbaked) and bake 10 minutes @ 400 and 50 minutes at 350.

Mom uses ½ of recipe to make two eight inch pies. Place on oven shelf before filling to keep from spilling.
