Ingredients

1/4 c unsalted butter

1/4 c chopped green onions

1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced

1/2 pound proscuitto, ham steak, sliced into strips

1 1/2 c heavy cream

1/2 t ground black pepper

12 oz penne pasta, cooked al dente

3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Melt butter, saute onions, mushrooms & ham for 3-5 minutes. Stir in cream & pepper, heat to boiling, lower heat and simmer for 6-8 minutes. Toss pasta w/parmesan cheese add to ham mixture.
