Ingredients
3/4 lb hamburger
1/4 lb ground pork
3 tbs grated romano
2 tbs parsely flakes
3 eggs
3 slices stale bread
1 clove garlic. chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
- Soak bread in water for 5mins and squeeze dry
- Mix with meat, slightly beaten eggs, cheese and parsely
- Add salt and pepper
- Shape into balls
- Cook in sauce for 1 1/2 hrs.
