Ingredients

3/4 lb hamburger

1/4 lb ground pork

3 tbs grated romano

2 tbs parsely flakes

3 eggs

3 slices stale bread

1 clove garlic. chopped

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

  1. Soak bread in water for 5mins and squeeze dry
  2. Mix with meat, slightly beaten eggs, cheese and parsely
  3. Add salt and pepper
  4. Shape into balls
  5. Cook in sauce for 1 1/2 hrs.
