Ingredients

2 lbs. hamburg

** Paul’s Balls also add 1 lb. sausage meat

1/2 lb grated Romano cheese

1/2 of a large jar of parsley flakes - about 1 cup

1/4 cup garlic powder

2-3 eggs

10 shakes Italian seasoning

1 good tsp. black pepper

1tsp. salt

1 small loaf Pepperidge Fram white bread

Preparation

In Emily’s writting: Mix ingredients well. Put oil to cover bottom of pan well. Turn stove on to high.* Let heat a minute or two. Roll meatballs. Cook until brown, crispy, and tasty!
