Ingredients

1 cup Cornbread (Crumbled)

1 cup Bread Crumbs

1 Large Onion chopped

1 cup Chicken Broth (Add more for moistness)

2 Cloves garlic minced

1 Green Pepper chopped

1lb pork sausage

1tsp poultry seasoning

3 Celery stalks chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Saute onion, pepper, garlic, celery, and sausage. Place in large bowl. Add cornbread, and bread crumbs. Toss well. Add poultry seasoning. Add Chicken Broth and mix well. Place evenly in large glass casserole or foil pan Bake for 30 minutes covered with foil. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes uncovered.
