Ingredients

-2 lb’s of Flanken Style Ribs (short ribs)

-1 lb of ginger snaps

-2 cabbage heads

-2 28oz cans of tomato sauce

-1 28oz can of crushed tomato

-1 thing of lemon juice

-1 half of a white onion

-1 cup of honey

-14 heaping spoon fulls of sugar or sweet and low

Preparation

-Cut Flankin into inch long pieces -Cut cabbage heads into thirds and then into pieces -Put in large soup bowl cabbage and tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, 28 oz can and half of water and mix -add onion, ginger snaps and flanken and mix -add lemon juice, honey and sugar -3 hours of cook time on medium high heat. Stir every 15 minutes
