Ingredients

3-4 lb roast beef

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Place roast in center of double thickness aluminum foil. Sprinkle all sides with onion soup mix. Spoon mushroom soup on top. Seal meat with foil. Place in 13x9x5 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 21/2 to 3 hrs. Remove foil and skim skim off any excess fat from juices. Use juices for gravy.
