Ingredients
1 tablespoon margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Heat oven to 400 deg. Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar and salt until smooth. Melt margarine in 9 " glass pie plate in oven coating bottom, then pour in mixture. Do not stir. Bake 13-15 minutes until golden. Serve immediately with butter and syrup.
