2 Small green mangoes (sour), remove seeds
1 lemon
Garlic, 3 cloves
Oil
Spinach (frozen brick)
green chili’s
Chicken bullion (optional)
Tumeric half spoon for color
Half can of coconut milk
Preparation
blend: tomato, onion, cilantro, mangoes, lemon, garlic and chili’s
heat oil then add blend simmer until starts to thicken
add spinach frozen, bullion if desired, extra who chili’s
add coconut milk toward the end
serve with rice and naan
