½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 pound ground turkey
½ cup frozen corn kernels
Pico de Gallo
Makes approximately 1 ½ cups
4 beefsteak tomatoes, cored and cut into small dice
2 tablespoons diced red onion
¼ Serrano chile, minced, optional
1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lime juice
