Ingredients

1 pkg. (12 oz.) Velveeta shells and cheese

1 lb. ground beef

1 pkg. (1 - 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning

3/4 c. water

3/4 c. sour cream

3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

3/4 c. salsa

1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400. Prepare velveeta dinner. while pasta in cooking, brown meat;drain. Add taco seasoning and water to meat; simmer 5 minutes. Stir sour cream into velveeta dinner. spoon half of dinner into 8 inch square baking dish; top with meat mixture, half of cheese and remaining velveeta dinner. Bake 15 minutes. Top with salsa, cheese, and chips. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
