Ingredients

2 Naan breads

2 tbsp Tzatziki

2 sausages

1 tsp butter

1 tsp olive oil

Pinch each of salt, pepper, thyme

½ the leaves of a bunch of Swiss Chard (remove excess stems)

¼ onion, finely sliced

½ - 1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 tomato, diced

1 cup shredded cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook sausages until browned, approx. 40 minutes, turning halfway through.

Meanwhile, boil a pot of water, add salt, and blanch Swiss Chard for less than a minute. Remove Chard and run under very cold water. Drain well. Squeeze out all excess water, pat dry and roughly chop.

Heat butter and olive oil in pan, sauté onions and mushrooms until lightly browned, adding salt, pepper and thyme.

Build your pizzas: Arrange Naan bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread on Tzatziki, add sliced sausage, add Swiss Chard, add onions and mushrooms, add diced tomato, top with shredded cheese, and bake for approx. 20 minutes, or until edge of bread is crispy and cheese is melted.
