Ingredients
TOPPING
3 eggs
1/4 Cup sugar
1 Cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
PIE
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 Cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 unbaked pie shell (9")
1 1/4 Cup chopped pecans
Preparation
OVEN 350* Combine all topping ingredients in medium bowl, set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla & egg until combined. Pour into pie shell. Top with chopped pecans. Pour topping over pecans. Bake 45 min. Serve warm or room temp.
