Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen shredded hash browns

1/2 small onion, chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 stick butter, melted

1 8-oz. sour cream

2 cups shredded Colby cheese or mild cheddar

Preparation

Thoroughly combine the ingredients, and turn into a sprayed 9" x 13" glass baking dish. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.
