Ingredients
1 TB ginger
1 TB cumin
1 TB cinnamon
1/2 TB coriander
1/2 TB fennel seeds
1/2 TB black pepper
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cayenne, or 1 tsp red pepper flakes, ground
Preparation
Mix everything together in a big bowl. Put in a container or jar with a tight lid and store in a cool dry place. Use on just about everything, but use judiciously, as it is very assertive.
