Ingredients

2 Tlb. Mushrooms

2 Tlb. Onioins

1/4 Tsp. Paprika

1 Tsp. Parsley (minced)

3 Tlb. Milk

3/4 cup Broth

1 Tlb. Cornstartch

2 Tlb. Water

1/8 Salt

1/8 tsp. Pepper

Preparation

  1. Saute the Mushrooms and Onions in the Butter. When done, put in bowl and set aside.
  2. Cut the top of the chop, maybe an inch and a half slice.
  3. Add the Milk and Parsley, Paprika, Salt & Pepper into the bowl with the Mushrooms & Onions, then mix and put into chop.
  4. Now put the Chops into a saute pan and sear (40 to 60 seconds on each side).
  5. Transfer to a baking dish or pan, and bake for 30-35 mins or until temp reads 160 degrees.
  6. Use the drippings from the baking dish or pan and pour into a saute pan, and bring to a boil. Add the Cornstartch and Water and cook for about 2 mins to make the sauce.
