Ingredients
1 28oz can Crushed Tomatos
1 28oz can Whole Tomatos
1 16 oz can of Tomato Paste
2 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1/2 medium Onion, chopped
1 Tbl Dried Parsley
Olive Oil, Oregano, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper to taste
Light Brown sugar as needed
Preparation
Saute Fresh Garlic and Onions in olive oil until soft and translucent Add Crushed Tomatos, stir Break appart Whole Tomatos and add, stir Add Tomato Paste, stir Add spices to taste, stir well Bring to boil over medium low heat Cook for 15 mins, stirring occasionally
