Ingredients
for the crust:
300 gr wheat flour
150 gr sugar
150 gr butter
2 egg yolks
for the filling:
1 can of condensed milk
175 gr or 1 bar of chocolate (make sure that is dark, bitter and without sugar)
2 egg whites
Preparation
Preheat oven at 180 C
Put the flour, sugar, butter and egg yolks in a bowl and with your hands make the dough. The dough will gather together after a few minutes.
Spread the dough in a rounded pyrex and pinch it with a fork. Make sure that you put dough on the sides of the pyrex.
In a double boiler, and when the water starts to boil, put in the top pot the condensed milk and the chocolate bar in pieces until it melts.
Whisk the egg whites until they hold stiff peaks, then transfer the chocolate cream in the eggwhites and with gentle movements stirr them together.
Fill the pyrex with the chocolate mousse and bake for 20-30 minutes until the filling raises and the side crust turns golden.
