1 LARGE SLICED BONELESS HAM

21/2 TBSPS. OLIVE OIL

1 TSP. UNSALTED BUTTER

1 C. WHITE WINE (ONE YOU DRINK)

1/2 C. CELERY (CHOPPED FINELY)

1/2 C. RED ONION (CHOPPED FINELY)

3 CLOVES GARLIC (CHOPPED FINELY)

GLAZE OR DIP:

1 TBSPS. MUSTARD (GREY POUPON

OR ANY SPICY BROWN MUSTARD)

3 TBSPS. ORANGE MARMALADE

2 TBSPS. LIGHT BROWN SUGAR

Preparation

GLAZE OR DIP: ADD ALL 3 INGREDIENTS TOGET- HER IN A SM. BOWL, BLEND WELL TOGETHER. SET ASIDE UNTIL READY FOR BASTING ON HAM.

MAKING HAM: ADD FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS EX- CEPT HAM, TO THE SKILLET UNTIL THE ALCOLHOL BURNS OFF. THEN ADD ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS INCLUDING THE HAM. COOK FOR ABOUT 5 MINS., THEN WITH A BASTING BRUSH, BASTE BOTH SIDES OF THE HAM. THEN COOK THE HAM UNTIL IT IS COOKED ABOUT 2 OR 3 MINS. ON BOTH SIDES. WHEN IT IS DONE YOU WILL KNOW WHEN THE HAM IS GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES.
