Ingredients

light run; 2.5 oz, pre-chilled

club soda; 2.5 oz, cold

mint leaves; 4, torn apart

mint sprigs; 1

fresh lime juice; 2.5 oz

fresh limes; 1, cut into 1/4s

sugar (powder, granulated, or Splenda); 1 heaping tsp

Preparation

Place mint pieces, lime juice, lime pieces, and sugar in tall glass (Mojito, Collins).

Mash together with “muller” or back of spoon or fork.

Mix in 1 heaping tsp of crushed ice, rum and soda.

Add 2-3 small ice cubes. Add mint sprig.
