Ingredients

2 eggs

1 unfull glass of sugar

vanilla sugar

1 glass of greek yoghurt or kefir

2 glass of flour

1 teaspoon baking-powder

5-6 big rhubarbs

sugar+cinnamon

Preparation

clean and cut the rhubarbs scramble eggs, add sugar and vanilla sugar add kefir and baking-powder add flour and blend together very well pour the pastry in the buttered pan and put rhubarbs on it then mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinke over the rhubarbs put in the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes in 180’C bon apetit (in my language - labu apetiti)
