Ingredients
1 lb. meduim shrimp, peeled and deveined
olive oil
2-3 TBLS minced garlic
1 tsp salt-free garlic & herb seasoning
fresh grated parmesan
1 pkg. bow tie pasta
parsley sprigs
Preparation
place prepared shrimp in medium container with minced garlic, olive oil, and salt-free seasoning. Seal tightly and allow to marinade in refridgerator for 1 hour (or longer) After shrimp has marinated, saute shrimp in the marinade until done. Keep warm. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Put one serving of pasta onto plate, and put cooked shrimp on pasta. Top with fresh grated parmesan and garnish with fresh parsley sprigs.
