Ingredients

2 cups Basil Leaves

2 tblsp pine nuts

2-3 cloves garlic

salt to taste

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

3 tblsp Romano cheese

1/2-3/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Put Pine nuts & basil in a food processor. Quickly process. Add cheeses, garlic & salt. Process. While running add olive oil. Process until evenly mixed.

Can be frozen. Place pesto in a small container. Slowly drizzle a layer of olive oil on the top. Cover and freeze.
