Ingredients
1/2 c ketchup
1.5 T Dijoin
1 lb ground beef (or turkey breast)
3/4c chopped onion
1.4 c bread crumbs
1/2 t salt
1/2 t oregano
1/8 t black pepper
1 beaten egg
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 Mix ketchup and mustard together and set 2 T aside Mix remaining ingredients with ketchup mix Shape into leaves Spread 2 T mix on top of each loaf Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
