Ingredients

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

2 large eggs, slightly beaten

1/2 cup Matzoh Meal

1 teaspoon salt, if desired

2 tablespoons club soda

Preparation

Blend vegetable oil, eggs, matzoh meal and salt together. Add club soda and mix until uniform. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Bring soup or salted water to boil. Reduce heat and drop balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter formed from refrigerated mixture, touching the batter as little as possible. Cover pot and let simmer for 30 - 40 minutes.
