Ingredients
1 lb broccoli
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp water
1 medium clove garlic minced
Preparation
Trim and rinse broccoli Put oil and red pepper flakes into a heavy skillet and place over medium heat. When hot, add broccoli and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in water and garlic. Cover and cook for an additional 3 - 4 minutes or until broccoli is just tender. Serve hot or cold
