Ingredients
3 pounds broccoli heads
2 cups mayonaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 red onion
2 cups raisins
1 cup salted sunflower seeds
Preparation
Wash broccoli and chop it into bite size pieces. In a food processor, chop the mayonaise, sugar, red wine vinegar, and red onion until liquidfied. Place the chopped broccoli into a large bowl. Pour the mayonaise mixture on top and stir until the broccoli is well coated. Refridgerate. Prior to serving, add the raisins and sunflower seeds to the broccoli mixture and stir well. Enjoy.
