Ingredients
Mutton with bones 1lb
Onion 2
Tomato 1
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger and Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Preparation
1 Cut the mutton into small half inch pieces and mix it well with chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and leave it for half an hour.
2 Boil the mutton pieces in very little water till half cooked. 3 Pour oil in a frying pan. Add the onion, fry just a little bit till light brown 4 Add tomato and fry well 5 Add the boiled mutton and fry in low heat mixing it often. Do not add any more water 6 Remove when it is sticking to the pan.
