Ingredients
2 Tilapia Fillets
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
3 tablespoons regular mustard
6 tablespoons horseradish (ground)
2 tablespoons minced garlic
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients except for the tilapia in a bowl and mix well. Coat both sides of the tilapia with this mixture. Be generous!(I used all of it) In a pan on HIGH heat, saute the tilapia on both sides. The tilapia is done when the fillets start falling apart.
