Fresh Coleman’s Mustard

Shot glass

water Not bottled

filtered is fine

plate/saucer

Preparation

Fill shot glass 3/4 full of mustard Only fresh mustard, or it will taste “brown” or stale. Dribble in water Mix to a thick paste Invert glass onto a plate Seal with ?ounce of water Let stand for three hours

You can add water to thin.

If you use the sake cup, increase the time of standing. Don’t go over 1 day, or it may dry out. If it does, it will be milder.
