Ingredients
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1-1/2 tbp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup milk
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Preparation
- melt butter in small saucepan; remove from heat. Stir in flour, s&p, til smooth. Stir in milk. Bring to boiling over medium heat, stirring until thick.
- Gradually stir in mustard, sugar, vinegar, worcestershire. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring 2 minutes. Serve warm.
