Ingredients
3/4 C olive oil (light)
1/4 C balsamic vinegar
2 T Dijon mustard
1 t Salt (to taste)
2 EA Garlic cloves minced
3/4 t fresh ground pepper
1/2 t Sugar
1/2 t Dried oregano
Preparation
Put all ingredients in small jar except for oil and shake well. Add oil and shake well. Refrigerate. Let sit on counter 15 - 20 minutes before using.
