Ingredients
2 T paprika
2 tsp tabasco
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 cup grain mustard
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp file powder
1/4 tsp dried tarragon
1 tsp finely minced onion
1 tsp finely minced scallion
1 tsp finely minced celery
1 cup corn oil
Preparation
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients except the oil, and process well. then with the machine running, add oil in a steady stream until thick and emulsified. Transfer to an airtight container, and store in fridge for up to 1 week
