Ingredients

4 6-8 oz. tenderloin steaks

1 tbsp. olive oil

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 c. yellow mustard

1/2 c. spicy, brown, or whole grain mustard

2 tbsp. fresh cracked black pepper

Preparation

Preheat grill while preparing the steaks. Mix olive oil, mustards and salt together in a bowl. Generously coat one side of the steaks with the mustard mixture and sprikle with cracked black pepper. Marinate 15-20 minutes. Grill 4-6 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the steak and start grilling mustard side up. Let rest 5-10 minutes under tented foil before serving.
