1 pack Tesco Make a Meal With Mustard Gammon

300ml milk

20g flour

20g butter

2tsp wholegrain mustard

2 hard boiled eggs

400g Maris Piper potatoes

75g crème fraiche

Pinch salt

30g cheddar cheese

Preparation

  1. Pre heat the oven to 200⁰C/ 400oF/Gas 6

  2. Boil the potatoes until soft, drain and mash, adding in the crème fraiche and the salt

  3. Place flour, butter and milk in a pan and heat, gently stirring until sauce has thickened

  4. Add in the Mustard Gammon and stir

  5. Pour the sauce into an ovenproof dish. Peel and quarter the eggs and place on top

  6. Once the mash has cooled gently spread on top of the pie all the way to the edges.

  7. Mix together the cheddar cheese and wholegrain mustard and sprinkle on top of the potatoes

  8. Place the dish in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes until top is golden brown
